We will come to you to sign the contracts
In halls or your current house we will come to you at a time that is convenient to you all even if that’s in the evening to do the paperwork.
Move in on a day and at a time that suits you
If you have to travel and want to move in on a weekend or in the evening that’s ok.
We will meet you to help you move in
We will meet you at your new house to hand over keys, show you where the fuse box is, how to take meter readings etc.
Property available from 1st July
Your contract starts on the 1st July so you can move in then. No having to wait till the 1st September.
Flexible payment options
If want to pay monthly, termly or when you loan comes through, that’s ok with us.
Out of hours viewings
Renting from us for the first time or looking for a bigger/smaller house for next year and the best time for the whole group to look is 7.00pm that’s ok we’ll do it.
Storage options
If you have to leave you current address towards the end of June and have things you’d like to leave here then let us know. We can store them for you till you are ready to move into your new home.
Pick up and drop off
We will pick you up in our minibus from your current accommodation to look at our properties and then drop you back.

We know that our houses are for students so they are designed with your needs in mind, with plenty of storage in your rooms and sockets where you need them.
Deposits returned
We set out clearly what needs to be done when you leave and will do as many visits as you want to check the house before you leave so you will not have any unexpected deductions from your deposit. We have never had a dispute
Bills made easy
We will set up the gas electric and water into your names at the start of your tenancy so you don’t have to.
Cheaper bills
Our houses benefit from double glazing efficient condensing boilers, thermostatically controlled radiators and modern insulation standards.
Safety standards
All our houses meet and exceed the safety regulations by having smoke alarms on every level, fire doors throughout and fire blankets in the kitchens.
Security
We take your security seriously so all our front and back doors are lockable with a 5 lever dead locks or are the highest standard PVC doors. All our windows are double glazed and lockable and we fit security lights in the necessary places.
